| How can I make a reservation? |
|
| You can just choose an apartment and click in “book it”, then you can continue with the process online, call or mail us. |

| What is the estimated time of replying to my query? |
|
| Under normal conditions queries are replied within 48 hours. If no response is obtained after 48 hours of your query, we ask you, to please contact us again. |

| What happens if the apartment booked has an inconvenient? |
 |

In case any problem, ArgentinaRentApart propose:
|
1) Relocate to another apartment with similar characteristics.
2) Refund you the money of the booking. |

| What happens if you want to cancel the booking? |
 |
|
The bookings are confirmed with the 20% of the rent.
|
In case you want to cancel it, the amount already paid is not refundable, unless the cancellation is effected with 30 days notice or more. In that case a 50% of booking is returned.

| Is it necessary to pay a security deposit? |
 |
|
Yes. The deposit depends on the rent period.

| How can I check the aviability of the apartments? |
 |
|
Click in "Check availability" and enter there your check in dates (day of arrival at the city) and check out (last day in the city).
|
The system will display all the apartments that are available for that period and you can see photos, equipment, prices and descriptions before choosing the one that meets you needs. If you have sent a booking request for an apartment you must wait for our confirmation, in order to make it through a reservation.

| How can I calculate what time I will arrive at the apartment? |
 |
|
If you arrive at the city in an international flight, it is calculated two hours from the moment you go through customs and get from the international airport to the city of Buenos Aires.
|
You, will be received at the apartment two hours after the time of arrival of your flight, whenever it happens within our working time which is from 10 to 18hs. If you want to be received in the apartment at any other time, please let us know that we can make arrangements to receive you. This service has an additional charge: everyday from 7hs to 10hs and from 18hs at 23hs: US$ 20. We don’t accept receptions between midnight and seven o'clock.

| What happens if my flight is delayed? |

|
Once confirming your booking, our system will ask for the flight number.
|
This information is essential in the case of a delay because it allows us to keep track to your new route and schedule of the planned landing. Anyway, we will ask you to contact us by telephone from the airport.

| What happens if I lose my luggage or if I have any other complication when arriving at the international airport? |
|
|
As in the previous case, we will need you to contact us to let us know and arrange a new meeting schedule in the apartment because we can’t foresee this kind of inconvenient.

| How long is the waiting time for tolerance at the apartment? |
|
|
Our representative is obliged to wait for 30 more minutes in case of any delays beyond flights, such us heavy traffic in the city or any other reason which could delay the arrival of the host to the apartment involuntarily.

| What happens if I arrive at the apartment more than 30 minutes late and I could not warn about the delay? |
 |
|
If this happens on a working hours, we will be waiting for you in our offices to conduct the check-in.
|
If this happened after our working hours (10hs at 18hs), a bank holiday or weekend, you should contact us by telephone at the earliest and we will tell you what to do.

| Is there a specific check in-out time at the apartments? |
 |
|
Yes, the check in time is at 14.00hs and the check out time is at 10.00hs.
|
However, if it is possible to do the check in earlier or the check out later, we will do it. It always depends on the apartment’s availability. If you want to make sure about the availability, you should book it a day after or before to block the availability in the system so that nobody can book it.

| How can I calculate my stay fee? |
 |
|
For the apartments which have the weekly and monthly prices, the fees are calculated in this way:
|
a) If you book it for a week, you should pay the value of the week
b) If you want it for more than a week and less than a month, you should pay the value of the week prorated by the number of nights you have booked the unit
c) If you want it for one month, you should pay the value of the month (note: the month is equivalent to 30 nights of stay).
d) If you want it for more than a month, you should pay the value of the month prorated by the number of nights you have booked the unit.

| Which expenses are included in the published prices? |
|
|
Normally published prices include: agency commission, bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, taxes and water. Some of the apartments are provided with cable TV, telephone and maid service. In all cases, you should check in the file of each apartment.

| What does cleaning service consist of? |
 |
|
When maid service is included, it consists of by personnel hired by the owner. Mostly, apartments that include maid service, includes a frequency of once a week. In these cases, cleaning products are provided by the owner.
|
| This service does not include neither change nor wash the bed linen unless specified. If you’d like to have it more frequent, you may ask for it when the owner arrives at the apartment. In those apartments in which the maid service is not included, you may also hire it. |
