Anyone who wants to make a reservation must have reached the age of majority in his/her country of residence and must guarantee us that he/she is financially responsible for the payment of services contracted through ArgentinaRentApart.
The booking is confirmed as soon as the following steps are fulfilled:
Booking Order: you can start your reservation request through the website by filling the booking application form, by e-mail or calling our office.
ArgentinaRentApart contacts you within the next 48 hours after your request to povide relevant information, availability, prices and other important information.
To confirm the booking it is necessary the payment of the 20% of your stay.
The booking payment: I- bank transference, II- international services of mailing money, III- credit card, or in the office in cash (dollars or its equivalent in pesos or euros).
Personal information is requested from the passenger in order to make the corresponding voucher.
Once the payment was been confirmed, and relevant information was been received, ArgentinaRentApart sends you the voucher and the reservation is done.
Fees: The fees are expressed in American dollars, any conversion to local currency, or euro will be calculated at the currency exchange rate as informed by:www.dolarhoy.com.ar
Requirements: The passengers are forced to declare their names, passport number or identity card, ages and address, showing some document that accredit this information.

Temporary Apartments:
All the apartments that integrate the portfolio of ArgentinaRentApart, have been previously selected by the company's personnel.
They are completely furnished and fully-equipped. The rent of the same ones includes: agency commission, bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, taxes, water. Some apartments are provided with Cable TV, telephone and maid service.
Rent Period: The apartments that are published in this site can be booked for a minimal length of 1 week, 1 month, or more (according to what is established in every singular case); the maximum length is 6 months (according to the legislation of temporary rents in our country) with the possibility of renewing for another equal or shorter period.
Requirements: It will be necessary to know in advance the names and ages of all the people who will be at the apartment. The stay in the building of other hosts who do not appearing in the contract, will be considered to be a motive of eviction notice. The owners and ArgentinaRentApart save themselves the right of admission
Security Deposit: The total payment of the rent (deducted the amount paid by the booking) will have to be done in cash the day of the check in, in the apartment as well as the signing of the contract and the inventory.
In the same moment, it is necessary to pay security deposit as it is detailed in the title role of the apartment to be rented.
Check in / Check out. Additional charges The check in time is set at 14:00 but can be changed if there is no other guest in the property before leaving the same day.
The check out time (return the apartment keys and leave the apartment) is set at 10:00 but can be changed if the property is not rented to other guest the same day that you leave.
Charges.In case the check in/out is done out of our office hours (from 10 hs to 18hs), the tenant will have to pay an additional charge of U$S 20. The same amount will have to be paid in case of having on Saturdays - Sundays and bank holidays.
In case the check in/out is done between 12PM and 07AM, You should advertise in advance and is subject to availability of the owner. In the case of accessing to an arrangement, the tenant will have to pay an additional charge of U$S 40. The same amount will have to be paid on the next dates: December 24th, December 25th, December 31st and January 1st.
Check In The passenger presents himself in the apartment with the corresponding voucher, at the pre-arranged time. Personnel of ArgentinaRentApart will be waiting for him together with the owner of the unit, who will check with the tenant the apartment conditions and the use of its facilities. The inventory will be checked to confirm all the items are present and ready to use.
We remind you that: if neither the deposit has been paid nor the total of the rent, the keys of the apartment will not be delivered.Only the booking of 20 % can be carried out by credit card or bank deposit. The remaining payment, which corresponds to the stay, U$S 25(American dollars twenty-five) for the administrative, and the guarantee must be paid in CASH and in the moment of the possession of the unit. It is not accepted: credit card, traveler's checks, and personal checks.
Check Out The day of check out the apartment, keys and the security deposit will be given back and once checking the inventory and the general conditions of the apartment.
The apartment must be left in the same conditions of order and hygiene in which it was given. Otherwise, the personnel of ArgentinaRentApart will proceed to deduct $60 (Pesos Argentinos thirty) from the security deposit for cleanliness.
Apart - Hotel / Hotel / Hostel
Check in / Check out times:
Check in / Check out times: Every singular resort has its own specific time to check in/out. Mostly they are: Check in: 13 hs. Check out: 11 hs.
However, if it is possible to do the check in earlier or the check out later, we will do it. It always depends on the apartment’s availability. If you want to make sure about the availability, you should book it a day after or before to block the availability in the system so that nobody can book it.
If you stay more time than the check out time, the Hotel could charge you the half-day amount. In this case, if you need to do it later than 18hs, the hotel could charge you the total day amount.
We remind you that the early check in and late check out have to be confirmed in all the cases.
